Individual Therapy
BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) is a short-term therapy designed to quickly and permanently change the way your brain reacts to certain stressors. It aims to reduce or end anxiety, habits, or phobias caused by these stressors.
In a BWRT individual therapy session, the therapist will work with you to identify the issue you want to work on, such as addiction, PTSD, OCD, other forms of trauma, or a specific phobia. The great thing about BWRT is that you don’t have to talk about the past experience that’s causing the issue; you only need to tell the therapist what you want to work on.
During the session, the therapist will use a technique that involves a cognitive gap to reroute your brain and change your response pattern.
Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT®️ and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code.
